Dozo is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly close the account and delete the associated data. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at privacy@dozoforeveryone.jp.
Some of our service providers are located outside Japan (including the United States and EU). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with APPI Article 24, including contractual protections and verification that recipient countries have adequate data protection standards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or an in-app notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of Dozo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
